Introduction:

High frequency vibrating filter sieve machine can be used for solid-liquid screening and filtration in ceramic (mud, glaze), paint, coating and other industries. The vibration frequency can be upto 3000 times/min.


Working Principle:

  By virtue of the eccentric weights at the upper and lower ends of the vertical vibration motor shaft, the eccentric force is generated after running. This eccentric force simultaneously decomposes three forces (i.e. horizontal force, vertical force and tilting force), and these three forces are simultaneously transmitted to the screen surface, so that the materials do regular movement on the screen surface, which is the process of screening.

  The adjustment of the angle between the upper and lower weights can change the running track of the material on the screen surface, thereby adjusting the processing effect in the production process.

Adjustment method of phase angle of upper and lower weights:

  According to the different properties of various raw materials, the phase angle of the upper and lower weights can be adjusted to effectively change the trajectory of the raw materials, and extend or shorten the time of the raw materials on the screen surface to achieve the best screening effect.

  To adjust the weight part, only the lower weight needs to be adjusted, and the upper weight does not need to be changed. For example, when the angle between the upper and lower weights is adjusted from 0°to 15°, the upper weight does not need to be changed. The lower weight must be adjusted 15° ahead of the upper weight along the direction of motor rotation, and the screws should be tightened.

Use Requirements:

1. Feeding should be even. The feed quantity should be equal to the discharge quantity. Too much feeding at one time hinders the normal movement of the material on the screen surface, and will greatly reduce the amount of material processed. Moreover, the load of the motor that is in an unbalanced operation will suddenly increase, causing damage to the motor and reducing the life of the motor. For example, the amount of feed cannot reach the processing capacity of the equipment, which wastes energy and reduces the output.

2. For the feeding method with strong impact force, a buffer hopper material should be added to directly impact the mesh surface, which not only consumes the excitation force generated by the vibration source, but also easily causes mesh surface damage and screen fatigue, which affects the screening filtration output.
